Delivery Policy

Where we deliver
We deliver to addresses within Australia. We do not currently ship internationally. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes for courier services; Australia Post Parcel Post can deliver to a PO Box.

Processing time
Orders are dispatched within 2 business days of payment being received. Orders placed after 2PM AWST, or on weekends and public holidays, are processed on the next business day.

Delivery methods and estimated times
Delivery times start from the day your order is posted and are counted in business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

These are estimates only. Regional and remote areas, public holidays, peak periods and carrier disruptions can add time.

Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location, the size and weight of your order and the delivery method you choose.

Tracking
You will be emailed tracking details once your order is dispatched. If tracking has not updated for 5 business days, contact us and we will follow it up with the carrier.

Packaging
All orders are sent in plain, discreet packaging.

Receiving your order
Some deliveries may require a signature or be left in a safe place, depending on the carrier. If no one is available, the carrier may leave a card and hold the parcel at a nearby Post Office for collection. Please make sure your delivery address is correct, as we cannot be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Delayed, lost or damaged orders
If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, or arrives damaged, please contact us at adultmegastore1@gmail.com with your order number and, for damage, photos of the item and packaging. We will work with the carrier to resolve it. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
